Slow the breathing & go within
When we suffer with pain we can help ourselves by taking time out to rest. Even 10 minutes a day helps our body to recover. Sometimes the energy/spiritual body needs to catch up with the physical body.

How many times do we hear the saying 'more haste less speed' ? We could do with more hours in the day but what about slowing down to fit more in!

Sometimes to stand back from your life and take an assessment of what you are doing and where you are going would be a good idea. Are you doing what you want to do? Or is there a better way of life?

Start with slightly better time management and refresh yourself with a change of routine.

Include into your day a 10 minute slice of quiet time. Listen to your breathing, it will gradually slow down and you may become more aware of it. Try NOT to think! Just be. . . . Everything will still be there when you start up again, but it will be there with clarity.

Increase your time to 15 minutes and use this time to go within your pain. Imagine the pain unfolding and softening, release the pain, one breath at a time.
